Emotional regulation group
With eight sessions, over nine weeks, this supportive group will help you understand your emotions, reduce overwhelm, and respond more calmly and confidently when things feel intense.
You’ll learn practical, everyday tools drawn from evidence-based approaches (including DBT-style skills) to manage impulsive reactions, people-pleasing, rejection sensitivity, anger, guilt, procrastination and perfectionism, as well as strategies for staying present, grounding yourself in the moment, and coping with triggers like stress and doom scrolling.
Across the nine weeks, you’ll connect with a group of like-minded people to build a toolkit that fits real life, with space to reflect, practice, and leave with a clear plan for what to keep doing once the course ends.
This course is facilitated by a mental health professional and co-facilitated by an ADHD coach, bringing both clinical expertise and practical, ADHD-informed strategies.
