Yasmin Wills
I know first-hand the highs, lows, and everything in between of living with ADHD and raising autistic and AuADHD children. As a trained ADHD coach, I’m deeply passionate about helping others uncover their strengths and build practical strategies that make life feel more manageable.
Beyond coaching, I have spent over 15 years leading large-scale transformation in healthcare, working across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East redesigning services, breaking down barriers, and creating systems that put people first. I bring that same mindset to organisations - helping people create environments that are inclusive and designed for the way different minds work.
Whether it’s parenting, leadership, redesigning systems, or shifting culture, my goal is the same: To make things work better - for individuals, for families, for organisations. And to help people feel valued, safe and empowered to thrive.

Ruth Hale
With a strong foundation in health and social care and years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, Ruth brings her deep understanding of human behaviour and change into the world of ADHD coaching. Drawing on therapeutic experience, she offers a calm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore their goals, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in managing ADHD.
Ruth's approach is rooted in partnership — listening deeply, recognising each person’s strengths, and tailoring support to what truly works for them. Her extensive experience has honed her ability to see the bigger picture, navigate complex situations, and empower clients to create sustainable change.
Whether supporting someone newly diagnosed with ADHD, helping to untangle everyday overwhelm, or working on self-acceptance and motivation, Ruth brings empathy, expertise, and encouragement to every session. Her mission is to help clients thrive — not by changing who they are, but by helping them understand and work with their unique ADHD brain.
After seeing how ADHD impacts individuals and families firsthand and having lived experience of this, Ruth was inspired to specialise in supporting neurodivergent people to thrive on their own terms. Having worked with clients who often felt misunderstood or overlooked, Ruth became passionate about creating spaces where difference is celebrated, not judged.
With 20 years in health and social care, Ruth has supported adults, young people, and families across health, education, and community settings.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Practice, Ruth brings a holistic understanding of wellbeing to her coaching.

Neal Mankey
My approach to coaching is very much rooted on my own lived experience having lived the chaos of burnout, overwhelm and negative self doubt to find clarity in being my authentic self without feeling like an imposter. I bring all this into my coaching with a high level of empathy by creating a safe space to ensure my clients feel confident, comfortable and seen.
I'm an ICF Certified Coach and am currently working towards my dual accredited ADHD Coaching qualification. I have also Chaired and am Trustee of the charity ADHD UK, where I have given talks on ADHD to the likes of the Ministry of Defence, Deloitte, Lloyds Banking Group, NatWest Banking Group, Highways England, Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Capita, UK Civil Service and Ordnance Survey.
I was diagnosed with ADHD aged 40 and since then have found many areas of my life begin to make sense. Having had a history of anxiety, depression and impulsive behaviours, along with countless therapy sessions, my ADHD diagnosis really did change me for the better and has allowed me to take steps to change my life by finally working with it as opposed to against it.
