  • Sal Uddin

    Why I do this work

After more than 27 years working in education, I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2020 and later with Autism. That understanding brought clarity to a long and often exhausting journey of navigating learning, work, and relationships in environments that weren’t designed for how my brain works. It reframed patterns I’d once internalised as personal failings and shaped how I now support others.

    How I work

I offer a coaching space that is steady, kind, and free from judgement. My work focuses on helping clients understand what’s happening beneath the surface, build emotional regulation, strengthen executive functioning, and develop day-to-day consistency in ways that feel realistic and supportive. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and practical.

    Who I support best

I work particularly well with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, and dyslexia, who are navigating burnout, masking, emotional overwhelm, or long-standing self-doubt.

    Credentials and training

Master Executive Coach accredited by the Universal Coaching Alliance, with ongoing specialist training in ADHD- and Autism-informed coaching practice.

    Professional background

My career spans education, coaching, and multiple industries, with experience across twelve schools and diverse professional settings. In both education and coaching, my focus has been on understanding how people think, learn, and respond under pressure, and supporting them to build strategies that help them feel capable, confident, and grounded.

I work alongside clients to create routines, systems, and ways of working that honour their neurodivergence and support sustainable, meaningful change.

  • Becky Robinson

    Why I do this work

Living with ADHD for over four decades, and receiving a late diagnosis, has shaped how I understand myself and how I support others. That clarity helped me recognise long-standing patterns and fuels my commitment to helping people feel understood rather than judged.

    How I work

My coaching style is empathetic, trauma-informed, and down-to-earth. I create a space where people feel safe to unmask, reflect, and explore how ADHD shows up in their lives, while building practical strategies that genuinely fit their day-to-day reality.

    Who I support best

I work particularly well with parent carers, people navigating late diagnosis, and those balancing neurodivergence alongside professional or leadership responsibilities.

    Credentials and training

Qualified ADHD Coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner; qualified Emotions Coaching Practitioner and LEGO® Coach; trained in Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching.

    Professional Background

Alongside my coaching practice, I’ve spent many years supporting parent carers and working with local authorities, NHS commissioners and providers, schools, and community organisations. I’ve also held leadership roles within parent-carer and community settings, giving me a strong understanding of the pressures that come with responsibility while managing your own neurodivergence.

I work alongside clients to create change that feels achievable and sustainable, helping them leave sessions feeling more confident, understood, and equipped to move forward with greater self-compassion.

  • Nicole Kaunda

    Why I do this work

I began my career in mental health nursing at the age of 21, driven by a deep interest in people, mental health, and how systems of care can better support those who use them. Over time, this has grown into a commitment to improving mental health support in ways that are compassionate, thoughtful, and genuinely person-centred.

    How I work

I bring a reflective, steady, and considered approach to my work. I integrate clinical insight with coaching principles to support meaningful change, whether that’s helping individuals better understand their experiences or supporting leaders and services to think differently about care, safety, and wellbeing. My style is calm, collaborative, and focused on clarity rather than urgency.

    Who I support best

I work particularly well with adults navigating complex mental health needs, neurodivergent individuals including those with ADHD, and professionals or leaders seeking reflective support within health or care settings.

    Credentials and training

Registered Mental Health Nurse; certified NLP Coach and Practitioner.
