Wednesdays, 6.30-7pm, from 4th March
Join Nic for a weekly body doubling session - share what work/ admin tasks you’re committing to in the session and then use the group energy to keep you on track as you tick off your own to-do list and stay accountable. Cost £10
Tapping for ADHD
Tuesdays, 12-12.45, from March 24th
Join Caroline for a weekly lunchtime EFT tapping meditation, focusing on alleviating ADHD challenges for greater calm and clarity. Learn a simple tool for relaxation and relax while doing it! Beginners very welcome. Cost £10
Walk & talk sessions
Thursdays & Fridays, 6.45-7.30am
Put on your headphones and head out the door for these active phone-based sessions designed to help you get moving physically and mentally, gain clarity and build momentum towards your goals.
Emotional regulation
Starts 18th March, 6.45pm-8.30pm
This 8-week online therapeutic course delivered by experienced mental health professionals offers tools to help you balance your emotional states and is based around DBT.
