Body doubling with Nic
Join our resident ADHD Business Coach Nic for a weekly focused session to get through your work or life admin, finances, bookkeeping, bills, inbox…you name it!
This is an hour and a half per week where you can harness the power of group commitment in a friendly, non-judgmental space, and get through those hard-to-motivate but highly necessary tasks.
Here’s how the sessions work:

After 30 mins, we’ll check back in
…and again after another 30 mins
Finish with a final group check-in

Tapping for ADHD with Caroline
Join ADHD Coach and EFT Tapping Practitioner Caroline for a weekly session, designed to help you release strong emotions, calm your mind and clear your head.
EFT or ‘tapping’ is a simple tool that helps calm the body’s stress response, giving us greater peace of mind and space to act rather than react.
It’s a gentle, non-invasive tool that’s easy to learn and simply involves using our own fingers to tap on meridian points while focusing on the issue at hand.
These 45-minute lunchtime sessions will give you the opportunity to relax and reset in a welcoming and supportive ADHD-friendly environment.
How the session works:
A welcome to the group
Brief intro to the theme of the week, based around common ADHD challenges, such as overwhelm, difficulty switching off, fatigue, RSD
A guided tapping meditation
Final check-in and questions
The cost is £10 per session and spaces are limited. No experience needed.
Every Tuesday lunchtime, 12–12.45pm. Starts March 24th.
