We offer individual and group coaching with experienced ADHD professionals.

Both options offer a pathway to managing your ADHD traits, appreciating your unique strengths and supporting you to move forward in ways that work with you unique brain.

We offer structured, professional support in building healthier habits, improving focus and achieving personal growth.

This is not therapy, it’s coaching, which means we focus on the present and future, helping you develop the skills and strategies to navigate life with confidence.

Individual ADHD coaching

Choosing individual coaching gives you the space and time to focus on what YOU need.

Starting exactly where you are, we’ll work together with you to understand where you want to be and take the steps to get there. Tackling what feels important to you in home and work life, themes often include:

  • Clarity and focus

  • Emotional regulation

  • Time management

  • Task initiation

  • Work and finances

  • Health and energy

Packages include: 45-minute online coaching sessions, follow-up notes, tools and resources, and access to your coach via email for the duration of the package.

Group coaching

Groups run weekly when in session and have an ADHD-skills focus each week. They offer an opportunity to learn, as well as a chance to connect with like-minded individuals, share tips and strategies, offer and receive support from people who really ‘get it’.

    We are unable to work with individuals who are currently under the care of secondary mental health services or actively engaged in self-harming behaviors.
