This work is in design right now. It will launch in 2026/27, starting with a small number of partner organisations.
What the first iteration will likely cover
One-to-one coaching for identified employees. Team-level support for leaders navigating high-pressure teams. Honest briefings on burnout risk and prevention, delivered as short sessions rather than full-day workshops.
Who this will suit
HR leads, founders, and wellbeing leads in organisations where sickness absence, retention, or productivity are being affected by stress and burnout. Not a wellness platform, not an app, not a replacement for occupational health. A human coaching layer that sits alongside what you already have.
