Three stages. Clear objectives. Honest about what coaching can and can't do.

Enquire

Send a short enquiry through the form or by email. Tell us what is going on in a paragraph or two. No form-filling gymnastics. James or Jane will read it and reply personally, usually within two working days.

Talk it through

If coaching looks like the right fit, we'll arrange a short call or email exchange to talk through what you're looking for, confirm the schedule, and discuss pricing. If it isn't the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere more suitable.

Sessions begin

Most clients start with a block of sessions (weekly or fortnightly, one hour each). Clear objectives agreed up front, with progress reviewed regularly.

Structured, but not scripted

Walk-and-talk

Designed to meet you where you are

Walk, sit in the car, move around the house, whatever works for that day. Sessions happen on the phone rather than on screen, so there's nothing to set up and nowhere to be.

Video

Structured and seated

Secure video sessions from wherever you are. Suited to structured coaching and DBT-informed work with Jane.

Hybrid

A mix of both

Some clients switch between walking and seated sessions depending on the topic, the week, or the energy they have. Arrangement reviewed regularly.
